What A Weekend

I got to have a four day weekend! It involved shopping too which is always fun. Let's begin with Friday.......

First off, I went to the doctor......Blah! Okay so that is definitely nothing to be glad about. Everything went fine, but she did want to schedule an ultrasound just to make sure she wasn't missing anything. I have been in terrible bad pain here lately. Time to get to the bottom of it!
After that, we ate lunch and headed to Parkway Scrubs. My job requires the tech's to wear them. The business I work for pays for them, so yeah I'll wear free scrubs! I have to match the colors that the other tech's already have. They picked really pretty colors though!
Then we headed to Walmart......which in my opinion is another blah! The one we go to isn't that crowded most of the time though. I just don't like going in there.

Then...............

I slept in of course! After my dad put brakes on my car, we headed to Huntsville for some shopping. I was on a hunt for some new shoes for work. My Nike's were wore out. They lasted two years. I picked out so awesome New Balance's this time!! They are black, with hot pink detail! I love them =)
We ate in the mall of course.
Then headed back to Walmart.
Watched "Sorority Row" which is pretty good, but gross! It has a few gory parts! It had a good story to it though!

Two down.......

Was also Father's Day! It was a good one. I bought my dad some steaks for him to grill! I don't eat steak, so I had something else, but he really enjoyed what we bought. We also went over to my grandparents house for a while to visit. Other than that, it was a lazy Sunday!

Last day.............

I had to go back to the doctor for the ultrasounds! Luckily, nothing abnormal was found, and I'm fine! I was a little nervous that I might have to have surgery, but I don't! Now the doctor visits are out of the way for a while.
I didn't do anything fun after that. Came home and relaxed. I decided to check my college's website just to see if maybe the fall schedule had been posted. I wasn't expecting it to be......but it was! That made me so excited ha! So I got settled with pen and paper, and the paper that has my classes I need. I wrote down my fall schedule, and now I just have to wait for the registration period to start. I will have to go to campus every Wednesday this semester!!! This is the first time EVER having to go to class that is on campus. I have two internet classes, and one blended that I will meet at Northeast for. I'm so excited to have my schedule made!

Today I started back to work. We were kinda slow! That is not the usual. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little faster. I really like it so far. The pay is great too! I hope they work with me on my school schedule!

A Wee Bit Wednesday

1.  What is your all time favorite dessert?

This is a tough one!! I think Oreo Delight would have to be it though. I never get tired of it!!

2. How many siblings do you have?

I have two younger brothers. I love them both so much!

3. Have you had your heart broken?

I have had my feelings hurt extremely bad, but I'm not very sure if I have had my heart broken.

4. Did you play any sports in high school?

Not in high school, but in Junior High I played basketball. Sometimes I wish I would have stuck with it!!

5.  Can you post a picture from your prom?

I rented this dress!

Summertime is Here

It is down right hot here in Bama today!! Heat index is in the Hundred's! The air conditioner is on, my fan is blowing in my face, and it is still rather warm for me. The heat is overtaking the air conditioner! Nothing much is happening in my world right now. This is sort of like a ramble ha!

I didn't have much of a weekend this time. I worked yesterday until 3. I headed to Huntsville with my parents to grocery shop. As usual, I enjoyed it. I always like going out grocery shopping with them ha! When I get paid I'm doing some shopping of my own!

So the job is going good. I'm tired all the time though! On your feet for 9 hours is rough! I know I can handle it though. I worked good this past week. I logged 39 hours!! A total of 73 for two weeks! I'm going to love this paycheck for sure. I really like the job so far. It is fast pace, but I stay on top of things. I am learning a lot of course. I love that part. You can never stop learning.

Today was lazy and cleaning day. I stopped cleaning because I got so hot though. Some things can wait.....like my room....for now ha! I usually can't stand for my room to be messy, but it is not too bad today. I painted my toes pink for this week. I think I'm going to change it up every week for the summer!

Toes In The Water

It makes the urge worse knowing I can't go.......

Not Much To Say.....

This week has been stressful! I started my first full week of work. It is going really good so far! Everyone is super nice, there to help anytime you need them to, and are super friendly. Tuesday I worked at the Mountain location. This is much slower than the Valley location, but it was still good. (The Valley location is the original store, the Mountain location was recently added.) On Wednesday, I was back in the Valley practicing my cashier skills. Thursday I was a Technician in the Valley which was an experience! They are super busy. Busier than I could ever imagine. The Pharmacist I was teching for was great. He was showing me everything I needed to know, and said I was doing great and caught on quick. Today, I was back on the Mountain. I was a tech and cashier today.

So far I really like it. The hours are long, and I work almost everyday next week. I know I will love the paycheck though!!

Right now I plan to sleep in tomorrow morning and have a wonderful three day weekend!!
